1. Processing & Handling Times

We know you are excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable global courier services to ensure your package arrives safely. Shipping times depend on your location:

3. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key. Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real-time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving your number.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside the United States, packages may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach the destination country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Guminal has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@guminal.com before the order is processed.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or contact your local post office before reaching out to our support team.
